2012
In 1922 Josepha Blazek fell drastically ill and slipped into a coma. Her conjoined twin sister Rosa was at this time the picture of perfect health. Rosa refused to indulge any notions of separation, knowing full well that to remain conjoined would result in her own death. Josepha and Rosa died within 12 minutes of one another.
